These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Quran Easy online course, website, mobile application, and all related content or services (collectively, the "Service"). Quran Easy, LLC is a company registered in the State of New Jersey, located at 2501 Highway 516, Suite 102, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 USA.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any learning materials provided through Quran Easy, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, including Quran reading and learning materials, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information,

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

3. Free Access – No Subscription or Payment Required

As of the date above, Quran Easy is offered completely free of charge. No subscription, no recurring payments, and no fees are required to access the learning materials.

We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but any such changes will not retroactively charge existing users and will only apply after explicit notice.

4. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree not to:

- Copy, record, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of the Service or its content,

- Use the Service for unlawful purposes,

- Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account,

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

5. Termination of Access

Your rights are limited to personal educational use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

- The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure,

- The materials will meet your expectations,

- Any issues will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quran Easy, LLC shall not be liable for any:

- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Since the Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that you use it at your own risk, and our total liability shall not exceed $0.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quran Easy, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the Service,

- Your violation of these Terms,

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
